We're currently working on our Christmas Gift Guide, which will go live on 19th November 2018.
We are seeking festive products and gift sets across specific areas of interest as listed below:
- Natural, Organic, Handmade Beauty Gift Boxes or Gift Sets for Women
- Natural, Organic, Handmade Skincare and Makeup Gift Boxes or Gift Sets for Women
- Natural Organic Handmade Grooming Gift Boxes or Gift Sets for Men
- Eco-friendly Product or Gift Sets for children
- Ethical and Fairtrade Jewellery and Accessories
- Eco-friendly / Handmade Homeware gifts
- Non-toxic Candles / Essential Oils Gift Sets
- Health and Wellbeing Gift Sets
- Ethical, eco-friendly Stationery
- Organic Food & Drink Gift Sets or Vouchers
- Eco/Wellbeing/Spa Offers or Promotions running from November 2018 to February 2019.

Once your submission has been confirmed and you receive your Invoice, please post all products or gift sets to be featured to the address below:

If you're not an Ethical Directory Member, you will receive 2% Off the 'Large' or 'Small' Header Banner Christmas Ad booked alongside the Christmas Gift Guide.
Both options include added brand promotion.
Christmas Header Banner Ads will run from:
19th November - 18th December 2018
2nd November 2018 - Deadline for booking ad space
9th November 2018 - Deadline for payment and submission of artwork
Header Banner (Large) £69 + VAT
Ad Spec: 695px X 325px | File Format: EPS or PDF
Header Banner (Small) £49 + VAT
Ad Spec: 345px X 325px | File Format: EPS or PDF
PAYMENT TERMS & INVOICING
We will require to be paid in full for any of the services and options listed in our Christmas Gift Guide, Ethical Directory and Advertising Rates and Packages.
Your Invoice will be sent out after we’ve received your submission and have confirmed your brand's inclusion in our Christmas Gift Guide.
All Invoices will be sent via email. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as you must agree to them before submitting your brand's products and/or gift sets for inclusion in our Christmas Gift Guide or before booking your preferred Ad Space.
Payment terms are within 5 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed (prior to the Invoice issue date). Payment to be made via BACS to the account details provided on the invoice. For last minute inclusions, payment terms could be less than 5 days from the date of invoice or immediate.
Late Payment Fees
All late payments will incur a late payment charge, which will be 8.5% of your outstanding Invoice. All late payment Invoices issued will have to be paid immediately.
TIMESCALE & DEADLINES
Juliana Rego Ltd t/a Bee Green Lifestyle Magazine. will make every effort to work within the agreed timeframe. However, on very rare occasions, we may be unable to do so for reasons beyond our control.
Under such circumstances, we shall not be liable for any loss or damages caused to you or your brand.
If you decide to cancel your submission and/or Ad booking after it has been confirmed in writing and/or your Invoice has been issued, Juliana Rego Ltd. reserves the right to charge you 50% of the amount due, as specified in your Invoice.
If you decide to cancel your submission and/or Ad booking after your Invoice has been issued, payment deadline has passed and/or payment has been made, you will be liable for the total fee, as specified in your Invoice.
DATA PROTECTION & SHARING
In compliance with the GDPR, Juliana Rego Ltd . will respect your privacy and will not share your details and information with any third-party. Kindly note, that you data will be stored in a secure system and on MailChimp, which is the email marketing platform that we use to send you regular marketing emails, updates, news and features that include your brand.
