April 24th – 30th is National Stationery Week and we’re excited!
“Because we love pretty stationery, and even more so when they’re responsibly sourced and produced.”
At Bee Green, we do believe that writing does matter and can surely co-exist in the digital age of iPads and tablets. Whether it’s your to-do list, maintaining a journal, or mapping out your plan for the week, writing is a great way to pen your thoughts. Why not make it even more exciting to look forward to by indulging in some stylish or maybe quirky stationery to get you motivated? Ethical, of course! We’ve put together a few of our top picks to help you get inspired . . .
According to YouGov research commissioned by National Stationery Week
94% of adults think that writing by hand is important, while 97% think it is important for children to be taught to write. And here are some even more interesting and encouraging statistics – while 91% of children aged between 8 and 15 think it is important to be able to write by hand, 86% business managers expect candidates for jobs to be able to write by hand, as well as have keyboard skills. (Pssst. . . our founder and editor is one of the 86%) 😆
